Do you travel around the UK?
Yes, we are more than happy to travel to any venue you have booked with. Depending on exactly how far away it is there may be an extra charge, particularly if it requires an overnight stay for us, but we would confirm this when you get in touch.
Is drone videography included?
Yes, we have a drone and look to use it where we can. It's usage is very dependant on on things such as weather, permissions and having a spare few minutes on the day, but all being well we do aim to get a couple of clips of the venue with it for the film. There is no extra cost for this either.
How long does it take to get our films after the wedding?
This will depend a little on where we are in the season, but the maximum is about 3 months, although I do aim for a little sooner where I can!
What is the booking process?
Once we have confirmed we are avaliable on your wedding day we will get you set up on our booking portal, which is where you can sign the contract and send over your initial payment to confirm the date in our calendar. Then about 1 month before the wedding we will arrange to have a catch up video call to discuss all your plans for the day, and any questions you have for us too! If there is anything you need from us between booking and the wedding though just let us know, we are more than happy to help where we can!
Can we book our own photographer?
100%, yes! While we do offer our own combined videography & photography packages, this is very much just to give you options! I love working with photographers that couples have booked separately, some of which I have worked with on multiple occasions now too.
How do are the films delivered?
Your films will be delivered online via an online gallery. USB sticks are also available to order.
Can we choose the music for our films?
When it comes to the music for your films, we can only use music tracks from stock music libraries that we can obtain the appropriate licence from to use. The music on all of the films on our website are good examples of what you can expect. This does mean we are not able to use 'popular'/'well known'/'chart music' etc. by any artist on your films (no other videographers should either).
I do however consider the types of tracks I use for each couple, and what I feel will be a good match to the mood and feel of your wedding day. If you do want something more upbeat, or a certain style to be considered for your edits just let me know and I can keep than in mind when making the choices.
